
General Considerations:
Includes 2 bites, 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert.
One option is chosen per time and the same selection is recommended for all diners, except for special requests.
The ingredients are selected by the Chef, prioritizing fresh and seasonal products.
If the client wishes, the experience can include interaction and interaction in the kitchen with the Chef.
Each experience is designed in a personalized way; this menu serves as a base and can be adapted according to the style of the event and the client's preferences.
PRICES
$2,500 MXN per person, events of 1 to 5 people: $14,000 MXN per event (minimum price).
Optional service:
Waiter(s): $1,300.00 MN for 5 hrs.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Overtime: $300.00 MXN
Sommelier menu and wine pairing available upon request.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
50% advance payment upon booking and 50% prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:
The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of cancellation more than 14 days in advance, the event may be rescheduled once, with the deposit being retained as credit. The new date must be within the following 3 months, subject to availability.
The number of people for rescheduling remains the same as originally agreed. Only increases in the number of guests are accepted; decreases are not permitted.
Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 100% charge of the total agreed amount.
Number of guests:
Changes to the number of guests are only accepted up to 14 days before the event. After that date, the confirmed number of people will be charged, without exception.
Additional guests: Extra guests will be charged at the previously agreed price per person.
