My journey through flavors

My story begins with the aroma of ragù bubbling in my nonna's kitchen. As a child, I would sneak away with a piece of bread to taste her sauces—each bite was pure magic and ignited something within me that never faded. That flavor was my first love, and ever since, I've sought it out in every dish I prepare.

Life was my culinary teacher. I learned by observing, experimenting, and listening to those who cooked with their hearts. When I arrived in Mexico, I found a new source of inspiration: the energy of its markets, the warmth of its people, and the richness of its ingredients. Those early mornings at the Abastos market, amidst colors, aromas, and conversations, taught me as much as any chef.

My cooking is simple, but soulful. It's not about complicating things, but about letting the ingredients speak for themselves. I cook to connect, to stop time for a moment, to remember that happiness can also be served on a plate.

From the coasts of Calabria to the heart of Mexico, each of my creations carries a piece of history, love and gratitude for the land and for those who enjoy a good bite made with soul.
