METHOD OF PAYMENT

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

• The remaining 50% must be covered prior to the event.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

• The advance payment is non-refundable.

• In case of cancellation more than 14 days in advance, the experience can be rescheduled only once, subject to availability, keeping the deposit as a credit.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.

• With less than 72 hours, 100% of the total agreed amount must be covered.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

• The final number of guests must be confirmed in advance.

• After this point, no reductions in the number of people are accepted.

• In case of modifications made less than 14 days in advance, the number of guests previously confirmed must be covered.

• Increases may be considered, subject to availability.

• Additional guests will be charged at the previously agreed price per person.
