01 · Pasta alla Chitarra Workshop

Open class · August 5th · 7:30 PM
(then, the first Wednesday of each month)

Fresh pasta made from scratch with the chitarra, the traditional Italian tool.

Two pasta shapes, two sauces, and antipasti served throughout the session.

8 to 10 guests · limited seats

$1,950 MXN per person

For chef-hosted public events, reservations are confirmed upon full payment due to the limited number of seats available.

 

02 · Cooking Class with the Chef

Private bookings · available Monday through Thursday for closed groups.

Several courses prepared and finished together around the table.

Antipasti to open and accompany the meal, a main course of pasta or risotto, and dessert.

Starting at $2,300 MXN per person · tailored pricing per group
