Built around a seasonal Mediterranean menu, guests take part in an intimate, relaxed, and thoughtfully curated experience — discovering ingredients, processes, and techniques in a natural and engaging way. More than a class, it’s an opportunity to connect with cooking from the inside and enjoy it in a warm, carefully designed atmosphere.

Available Formats

  • • Open class with the chef: one Wednesday per month, mixed group

  • • Private booking: available Monday through Friday upon request, for groups who wish to enjoy the experience with their own guests

Schedule

  • • The open class begins at 8:00 PM and ends no later than 11:30 PM

  • • Private bookings may be scheduled during the day or evening, with an approximate duration of 3.5 to 4 hours

  • • Evening experiences must conclude before 11:30 PM
