• Open class with the chef: one Wednesday per month, mixed group

• Private booking: available Monday through Friday upon request, for groups who wish to enjoy the experience with their own guests

Schedule

• The open class begins at 8:00 PM and ends no later than 11:30 PM

• Private bookings may be scheduled during the day or evening, with an approximate duration of 3.5 to 4 hours

• Evening experiences must conclude before 11:30 PM
