I don't work with set menus. Each experience begins with a conversation: who the guests are, what is being celebrated, and what the space is like.

That's where the proposal comes from.

The product dictates. I choose according to the season and what the market offers at that time.

My cuisine is Mediterranean, with Italian roots and everything Mexico has given me: intensity, freshness, and character. Technique is a tool, never an end in itself.

A kitchen designed for the context, carefully crafted in every detail and built with you.
